But what is the 5StarWines – the Book award? It is the annual selection of wines organized by Veronafiere, held just before the largest International Wine Show in the world VINITALY. 5StarWines is a three-day tasting, blind by professional tasters, that focuses the spotlight on all the wineries that invest in the improvement of their products. Those with a score equal to or greater than 90/100 are destined for publication in the international guide 5StarWines – The Book, in paper and digital format.
