For four generations our passion and spirit of self-sacrifice have been carrying on by a family devoted to its farm, land and culture. A family and a tradition born in Saccol, where there is still the old wine cellar and where my great-grandfather Gaetano started to make his first vat of grapes (prosecco) at the beginning of the 1800s. The winery went on thanks to my grandfather Adorno and grandmother Maria who added her knowledge and country traditions. My father then put all his accuracy on the vineyard and left the subsistence and livestock farming of the past.
Nowadays after about two centuries the winery soul has developed but at the same time the basis of a family-run business has not changed. We have engaged in the creation of a production chain: from the vineyard to the bottle. We cultivate our land not only as makers but as consumers, giving our attention to how we work and what we use to make it healthy. Trusting only nature, not trends, is our guideline.
